Movement, Connection & Hormone Support
Gather. Feast. Rise.
A women’s wellbeing afternoon designed to support nervous system regulation, female hormone health, movement, nourishment, and meaningful connection. All done within the nurturing FEM community with a seasonal afternoon tea to enjoy after your mindful movement session.
There are moments when your body tells you what your mind has been trying to push through.
Tight shoulders. A busy mind. Stress sitting in your body. Energy feeling off. Hormones feeling all over the place.
This gathering is for the woman who knows she needs to move… but wants support to reconnect with her body in a different way.
Not through punishment.
Not through pressure.
Not through all-or-nothing wellness.
But through movement, nourishment, education, and connection.
On Monday 25th May, FEM is collaborating with Embodied Pilates for a special women’s wellbeing evening across two beautiful spaces in Derry.

This is a different kind of FEM Initimate gathering.
An experience designed to help you move your body, release tension, support your hormones, and reconnect with yourself in the company of other women.
What to Expect
A Warm Arrival
We’ll begin with a warm welcome and refreshments as you settle into the evening.
A chance to land, exhale, and connect.
The Experience
Hour One: Split Group Sessions
To create a more intimate and personalised experience, the group will split into two smaller groups before rotating.
Group A
Fascia Movement with Louise & Laurie
Embodied Pilates will guide you through a FAMO fascia movement session.
This movement experience blends intentional movement and self massage techniques designed to support the myofascial system.
While some movements may feel familiar to Pilates or yoga, the focus here is different.
Fascia is often referred to as one of the body’s richest sensory systems, with over 250 million nerve endings supporting bodywide communication and awareness.
This session is designed to help you:

✨ reconnect with your body
✨ improve body awareness
✨ feel stronger, more spacious, and deeply relaxedThis is movement that helps you listen.
Group B
Female Hormone Health Workshop with Jade Bradley
A practical and empowering interactive workshop focused on realistic ways to support female hormone health and nervous system regulation.
We’ll explore:
✨ how stress impacts hormones
✨ nervous system support for modern women
✨ movement as hormone support, not punishment
✨ practical habits to support energy, mood, and wellbeing
No overwhelm.
Just useful, realistic support.
Then groups rotate so everyone experiences both.
Hour Two: Gather & Feast
We’ll then come back together as one group in Saffron for the FEM gathering where it will be time to feast on a seasonal afternoon tea. Think warming tea, savoury bites and nourishing sweet treat.
Because wellness doesn’t happen in isolation.
It happens in community.
This final hour will include:
✨ nourishing & moreish food
✨ guided reflection
✨ meaningful conversation
✨ grounding close
